The FSSC Key User acts as an expert and super-user for ERP and finance processes within the Finance Shared Service Centers (FSSCs). Positioned at the heart of transformation this role ensures that global process standards are effectively translated into daily operations safeguarding compliance efficiency and data integrity.
As the Key User you will be a hands-on change enabler. You will validate ERP and process changes support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliver first-line training and guidance and ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in system readiness and daily process validation helping teams adopt new configurations while driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with global standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure ERP configurations finance processes and system changes are fully validated adopted and operationalized within FSSCsdriving readiness compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as ERP and finance process super-user within FSSCs serving as go-to expert for functional areas (OTC STP RTR) including cross-functional support.
- Participate in UAT by validating new configurations enhancements and process changes to ensure accuracy compliance and readiness.
- Deliver training create user guides and provide first-line support to FSSC colleagues to support adoption of new systems tools and processes.
- Support ERP rollouts process migrations and system releases by identifying risks reporting defects and ensuring smooth cutover and hypercare.
- Identify recurring process issues provide feedback on inefficiencies and collaborate with Integration Leads and Process Owners to implement improvements.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of transactional and master data ensuring compliance with internal controls audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline.
- 5 years in finance operations within FSSCs with in-depth knowledge of OTC STP RTR Billing or e-Compliance processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or equivalent) and office productivity tools.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt; ERP functional certification.
- Deep process knowledge in one or more finance towers (OTC STP RTR Billing e-Compliance).
- Strong ERP super-user capability and testing/UAT experience.
- Excellent training coaching and support skills to build team capability.
- Attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Adaptability to changing systems processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
