Customer Care Associate (2 Openings)
Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (strict attendance)
Pay: $19-$20 per hour DOE

Language: Bilingual Spanish highly preferred


About the Role:
This isnt your average customer service job. As a Customer Care Associate youll be the trusted point of contact for customers - providing exceptional service accurate information and fast solutions. Youll handle a high volume of orders by email phone fax and occasionally in-person process returns research issues and work closely with the sales accounting and shipping teams to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

If youre dependable organized and enjoy helping people while staying on top of multiple moving parts this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders returns and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

  • Research and resolve issues in a timely and thoughtful manner.

  • Collaborate with sales accounting and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow through on all assigned tasks.



Details:

What Youll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency highly preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook

  • A proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in an office-based customer service or order processing role (required)

  • Associates degree and 3 years of related experience (preferred)
