Job Summary
Child nutrition programcreate menus oversee orders and inventory complete menu analysis create and review daily production reports and submission of reports as a back-up assist with monthly claims
Administrative tasksoversee student uniform orders inventory and distribute uniforms; make deposits make post office runs pick up supplies fulfill weekly campus supply orders (submitted on Monday from campuses and filled by Thursday to campuses)
General tasksassist in food pantry with unpacking food and serving families process fingerprinting and background checks
Business office tasksscan accounts payable to Lacy by vendor
Office tasksfiling shredding data entry proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PPT etc)
Cultural expectations: maintain confidentiality while being a united part of a team who exemplifies our Portrait of a Staff Member
And other duties as assigned.
Monday through Friday
8:00AM-4:30PM or 7:30AM-4:00PM
$40000K
$515/month insurance benefit
TRS-eligible
