Job Description: Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. Our cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning using our proven Speedy & Spotless System
- Use our app to manage your schedule and track hours
- Visit the Charlotte office daily to resupply
- Maintain clean appearance and reliable function of assigned vehicle
- Correct any service concerns within 24 hours if needed
- Communicate consistently and clearly with your manager
- Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning using our products and equipment.
- Ready to report to work at short notice usually 24 hours of notice.
- A hard worker this is a physical job that involves dusting mopping vacuuming etc.
- Honest reliable and have an eye for detail.
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Willing to submit to a national background check.
- $20 - $25hourly rate
