As a Field Service Engineer at SPM Oil and Gas you will be responsible for the delivery installation troubleshooting testing and repair of Wellheads and Christmas Trees equipment on customer location. The Field Service Engineer is a skilled experienced technician with the ability to perform most tasks independently while seeking guidance or training for more critical tasks.

Job Employment Type: Permanent (3 bulan masa percobaan)

You will be assigned to the Customer Drilling area
Domestic relocation is not available.

What You Will Do:

Prepare JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) and POWRAs (Point of Work Risk Assessment) on the job site and perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with SPM Oil and Gas EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) policies.
Safely install remove repair and service equipment on a drilling rig or well site.
Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
Provides technical expertise and direction to rig crews and well site supervisors as well as third party providers when needed.
Maintain SPM Oil and Gas company supplied assets and any other equipment including site specific equipment as it relates to company policy.
Prepare accurate field service report time sheet any field non-conformance report and end of well report in an organized legible manner in addition to any other documentation necessary.
Pre-check all equipment and processes prior to starting the job to ensure all equipment is operable and complete.
Must have the ability to perform independently or in a team setting.
Willing to be available on 24-hour call to respond to customer needs.
Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Responsible to maintain in possession the latest manual procedure for the assigned job and adhere to it.
Ensure all paper work and permits to go offshore is valid and maintained.
Attend Customers organized Drill Well On Paper or meeting invited by Customer if necessary.
Perform equipment or part stock count or inventory if required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What Will Set You Apart:

Good proficiency in English.
Minimum SMA Sederajat
Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
