Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Verwaltung und Bestellung von Werbeartikel -material Visitenkarten Büro-material Verkaufsunterlagen (Prospektmaterial)
  • Bewirtschaften und bestellen von GA spezifischen Drucksachen
  • IT-Applikationen pflegen und Fälle bearbeiten
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Nichtleben-Bereich
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Hauptsitz Generalagentur Ausendienstmitarbeitenden und Kunden
  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen und Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
  • Unterstützung des Aussendienstes bei Verkaufsförderungsaktionen
  • Aufbereitung von Statistiken und Reports
  • Erstellen von Offerten für Privat- und Unternehmenskunden
  • Unterstützung des Kundenberaters in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
  • Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (In- und Outbound)
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen

Ihre Stärken

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • VBV-Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
  • Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint)
  • Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
  • Gewinnende belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
