Job Summary

S-GE has its own teams (Swiss Business Hubs SBHs) in approximately 45 countries. The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
ForourZurichofficewe are seeking aresourceto startimmediatelyor on a mutually agreed date:
Support Digital Platform(30-50%)
- Deliver first-level support for users and editors of our digital platforms ensuringtimelytriage and resolution of technical issues.
- Manage user access permissions and data integrity across all platforms and connected systems (e.g.CRM Auth0ForestAdmin).
- Monitor and report on business opportunity data ensuring accuracy and consistency on our digital platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inbox management and license cost oversight for the Digital Platforms Insights team.
- Following the onboarding phase we offer flexibility in terms of working hours and location including the possibility to work from home.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science business informatics or a related fieldorhave completed an apprenticeship (EFZ) in IT orpossessan equivalent qualification
- Initial work experience in IT or digital projects is a plus
- Strong technical affinity and experience with content management systems (ideally Drupal)
- High data affinity and enjoyment and an analytical mindset
- Service-oriented structured and solution-focused working style
- Quick comprehension and reliability in administrative tasks
- Fluency in German (near-native level) and excellent command of English (C1);French and Italian are a plus
