We are looking for a Performance Marketing Administrator (Billing Invoicing & Contracts) to join our eCommerce Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with billing finance or administrative operations and is ready to grow their expertise in digital and paid media operations.
The Performance Marketing Administrator (Billing Invoicing & Contracts) will play a key role in supporting our eCommerce and Paid Media campaigns by managing purchase requisitions purchase orders invoices and vendor communications. You will work closely with marketing and media teams to ensure that campaign budgets timelines and approvals are accurately tracked and executed. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to digital advertising media buying and campaign financials while leveraging core billing and procurement skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in billing finance accounting support or administrative operations preferred.
- Experience in media billing digital marketing operations or campaign invoicing is a plus.
- Experience with Esker and/or Ironclad would be a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce Finance and Paid Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns by managing billing operations including purchase requisitions purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign-related financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing media and finance teams to ensure billing aligns with campaign budgets and timelines.
- Communicate with vendors ad platforms and media partners to confirm purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting of campaign spend ensuring accurate tracking against media budgets.
- Learn to navigate ad platforms and understand the media buying process.
- Learn and apply Esker (billing/procurement system) with full training provided.
- Learn and apply Ironclad (contract management tool) for IO approvals and vendor agreements.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
