Job Description Summary
Provides strategic leadership and oversight for all Early College Access initiatives including Dual Enrollment Concurrent Enrollment and Underage/Talented and Gifted programs. Collaborates with the Program Director of Early College Access Programs and Orientation as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality opportunities enabling high school students to earn college credit while completing secondary education. Assumes full responsibility for program planning recruitment enrollment management and evaluation processes and provides supervision and direction to assigned staff to support operational excellence and program success.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree required Three to five years of experience in higher education student recruitment academic advisement and/or secondary education. Masters degree preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
