Health Information Management Specialist
MHMR is looking for a detailed oriented Health Information Management Specialist to join our team. Responsible for processing requests for release of information from the official client (medical) records of MHMR of Tarrant County. All work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management (HIM) Departments approved Operating Procedures.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Substitutions: None
Required Year Experience: Two years experience preferred
Defined Experience: Experience in medical office or medical chartroom setting preferred
