Starting Salary Range: $16.31-$20.77 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary: Perform all facets of catering service and lead catering team members to ensure proper execution of events.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience.
• Required Certifications: Serve Safe - Alcohol and Serve Safe -Food Handling.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Act as lead for event set-up and food presentation preparation and display.
• Train and guide team members on job duties proper food safety and sanitation and customer service.
• Order inventory and maintain all products needed to complete catering orders.
• Maintain all equipment and catering display supplies and report any needed repairs or replacements to leadership.
• Ensure quality products are ordered in the quantities stipulated and are properly labeled and include a list of major ingredients or allergens.
• Monitor storage production delivery and service to ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions and ensure the daily cleaning schedule is executed.
• Load and unload event equipment into catering vehicles and follow all safety procedures.
• Ensure customers receive friendly courteous service at all times.
