Job Description
Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager is required to join a leading Refrigeration company in the United States specialising in supermarket and large-scale commercial refrigeration solutions.
The successful Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business managing existing customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the Florida region.
An ideal Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will work closely with contractors consultants and end-users within the supermarket refrigeration sector providing technical sales support and building long-term partnerships.
Package and Location
Base Salary: $130k - $165k
Location: Florida
Experience: at least 4 years supermarket refrigeration
Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience within supermarket refrigeration (rack systems walk-in coolers/freezers display cases or parallel compressor systems).
- Strong track record in business development account management and commercial strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of refrigeration systems components and industry standards.
- Based ideally in Central Florida though candidates anywhere in Florida will be considered if willing to travel extensively across the state.
Refrigeration Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Commercial Manager Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage key customer accounts within the supermarket refrigeration market.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to win new projects and increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
