Job Summary

Description

100% FTE. This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday day shift hours however some off hours or weekends may be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 20 S. Park St. Clinic the Union Corners Clinic and the Junction Road Medical Center in Madison WI. Travel to the various clinic sites is required for this position.

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.
Salary is pro-rated based on FTE.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisorto:

Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services at all three clinic locations.
Supervise clinical team at our OB/Gyn ambulatory locations travel will be required between the various sites.
Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Opportunity to lead the OB/Gyn Clinic Council and participate in various project work and initiatives.
Facilitate communication coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification planning and provision of high quality cost-effective care.
Preferred candidates will have leadership experience and ambulatory experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience

2 years of RN experience Required
1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

RN licensed in the state where employed Required
Applicable clinical certification Preferred
