About the Role

Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) whos ready to drive growth at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Youll be on the front lines of building relationships with healthcare leaders introducing them to innovative technology that transforms how clinics communicate with patients.

This is a high-impact opportunity to grow your enterprise SaaS sales career in one of the fastest-evolving industries. Youll work directly with sales leadership and the founding team to execute outbound campaigns generate a qualified pipeline and help shape the foundation of a rapidly scaling sales organization.

What Youll Do

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities through cold outbound and inbound lead management.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity via multi-channel outreach (calls LinkedIn email).
  • Prospect and build relationships with C-suite executives and senior healthcare decision-makers.
  • Research prioritize and build account lists to optimize outreach.
  • Partner with Account Executives to move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Continuously test and refine outbound messaging and strategies.
  • Represent the companys mission with credibility empathy and enthusiasm as the first voice prospects hear.


Who You Are

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in enterprise SaaS with a strong record of generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and engaging executive-level prospects.
  • Experience selling into or working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who can craft personalized compelling messages.
  • Highly motivated gritty and resilient thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Excited to work on-site in New York City (5 days/week).
  • Passionate about building and improving sales systems and playbooks.

Compensation

Base Salary: $48000 - $72000
