Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with W/ Excellent SQL/Redshift and ETL skills who have at least 10 Years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and functions to support data processing and analytics.
Build maintain and enhance ETL pipelines using Redshift and other AWS data services.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the AWS/Redshift ecosystem.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of data solutions.
Perform data validation troubleshooting and performance tuning across databases and ETL jobs.
Prepare clear documentation reports and presentations for both technical and non technical audiences.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Business Analysis skills including requirement gathering process mapping and stakeholder communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven experience in customer coordination and managing expectations.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
