Pay Range: $56.48 $79.08/hr (DOE)

About the Role
A facility in Porterville CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for its Med Surg Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) and Dialysis departments. This is a full-time day shift position (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) where youll manage daily operations support staff and drive patient-centered excellence across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily department operations including staffing admissions transfers and discharges.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses new hires and students.
• Ensure compliance with all state federal and regulatory standards keeping the unit survey ready at all times.
• Lead quality improvement policy updates and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Respond to codes emergencies and crisis events ensuring appropriate communication and documentation.
• Mentor coach and develop staff toward advanced certifications and degrees.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets resources and staffing levels.

What We Are Looking For:

• Current California RN license (required).
• 3 years clinical experience (2 years in specialty required).
• BSN required or in progress (must complete within 18 months).
• Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS (must be current or completed during orientation).
• National certification in specialty required within 90 days of hire (support provided).
• Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
