Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and Snapchat.
- Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and engagement opportunities.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Collaborate with the design team for content creation (graphics videos etc.).
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (reach engagement conversions).
- Respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices trends and tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns promotions and events.
- Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand tone and visual guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Media or related field.
- 23 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Bilingually).
- Knowledge of the Qatari market and local trends is highly preferred.
