This role offers the flexibility of working on-site in the vibrant city of Lisbon or fully remote from anywhere in mainland Portugal provided you are already a resident.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and courteously via phone email and live chat in Italian.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products services billing or technical concerns (depending on the project).
  • Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and a positive friendly experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately log track and manage customer interactions and resolutions using internal CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of company products services and policies.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Language Fluency (Italian): Near-native or native-level fluency in Italian (C1/C2) both written and verbal with excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • English Proficiency: Strong working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication training and documentation.
  • Location/Work Permit: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

    • On-site in Lisbon: Willingness to relocate to or work from our modern office in Lisbon.
    • Remote in Portugal: Must be currently residing in mainland Portugal (excluding Madeira and the Azores).
  • IT Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Highly Desirable (Good to Have):

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Call Centre BPO or Contact Centre environment is a plus but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive resilient and highly organized approach to work.

Working Hours & Logistics

  • Work Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: You will work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Saturday (specific hours may vary but typically fall within a set service window e.g. 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Days Off: You are guaranteed Sunday off plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment (laptop headset etc.) will be provided by the company for both on-site and remote positions.
