Are you a highly energetic fluent Italian speaker looking for a stable long-term career opportunity We are hiring Customer Service Specialists to support customers of a world-renowned Home Appliances brand helping them with everything from troubleshooting a smart device to managing an order.

This full-time role offers fantastic flexibility: you can either be based at our modern office in Lisbon or work fully remotely from anywhere in mainland Portugal (for applicants who are current Portuguese residents). Your Daily Responsibilities

As the primary contact for our Italian-speaking clients you will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Communicate effectively with customers entirely in Italian across various channels including phone email and live chat.
  • Resolve Technical Issues: Provide expert support and solutions for questions related to home appliance productscovering usage features and troubleshooting technical problems (e.g. issues with washing machines smart refrigerators etc.).
  • Order and Logistics: Assist with questions regarding product warranties repair services delivery status and returns.
  • Documentation: Accurately record the details of all customer interactions and the actions taken in our customer management system.
  • Uphold Service Standards: Commit to meeting performance goals and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism empathy and efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional Italian: Near-native or native-level Italian fluency (C1/C2) both written and verbal is mandatory.
  • Working English: Strong conversational and written English skills (B2 level) are required for training and internal communication.
  • Technical Comfort: Proficiency with basic computer functions and a readiness to quickly adapt to new support software.
  • Eligibility: Must possess an EU passport or a valid work permit to legally work in Portugal.

Good to Have (But Not Required):

  • Previous professional experience in customer service technical support or a call center environment. Full paid training will be provided to all successful candidates.

Work Schedule and Logistics

  • Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: You will work rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday.
  • Days Off: You will have Sunday off plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
  • Equipment Provided: The company supplies all necessary work tools including a laptop and headset for both on-site and remote positions.
