About the job SAP Assistant Manager - Digital Supply Chain Management (Makati) Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP Digital SCM solutions including modules such as SAP IBP SAP TM SAP EWM and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
Configure and optimize supply chain processes including demand planning supply planning transportation and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM SD PP and Finance modules.
Participate in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.
Support the development and deployment of WRICEF objects in coordination with technical teams.
Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional and integration issues.
Stay updated on SAP Digital SCM innovations and contribute to internal capability building.

Required Skills & Experience

7 to10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Digital SCM modules (IBP TM EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain).
Strong hands-on experience in configuration and business process design for supply chain planning and execution.
Good understanding of integration between SAP SCM modules and core ERP processes.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.

Certifications

Required: SAP Certification in at least one Digital SCM module (e.g. IBP TM EWM)
Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Engineering Operations or related field ( MBA etc.)
