DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE Full-time. Day shift hours. Monday - Friday 0700 or 0730 start time; 1 day a week of on-call for walk in injuries. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate degree with equivalent experience. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
- 4 years clinical experience in direct patient care. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
- Bi-Annual BLS. Required
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation. Preferred
