36hr guarantee
CHARGE NURSE EXP IPREFERRED
Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in ICU SICU CTICU Trauma ICU MS ICU or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.

Current AHA ACLS BLS NIHSS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses.
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
EMR Exp Required: EPIC
Job Description:
Unit: ICU
Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy
Unit Specifics:
Beds: 42 beds (East 20 West 22) Neuro/Med: 22 CTICU: 6 Surg/Trauma: 14
Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes Sepsis AMS Neuro Intervention (TCAR) Resp Failure CHF Post Stemi
CTICU- CV surg Cardiogenic Shock AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma Major post-op sx
Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy ICP monitoring TTM (Artic Sun)
