Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (3*12; with 2 Saturdays per month)
Pay: $60/hr (W2) $64/hr (1099)

Notes:

Minimum of once per week stand-by from 7p-7a (M T W Th F Sat)
Once per month Stand-By on Sunday from 7a-7a Monday.
Once per month Back-up standby on Sunday from 7a-7a Monday
Will be required to work in the 4 hospital campuses (Denville Dover Passaic and Newark)
May also include the Kindred LTACs in the Dover and Passaic campuses.
Everyone is required to stay and complete a 3rd dialysis shift on most days.
