Your role

As a Solution Center Specialist for Real Estate Management you will support colleagues partners and clients by providing deep financial expertise and analytical insights. You will help stakeholders understand complex financial scenarios validate investment calculations and translate data into clear recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and review real estate financial models including 10-year cash flows investment returns and scenario analyses.
• Support colleagues and partners in interpreting financial data for client presentations investment discussions and internal decision-making.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of financial best practices valuation methodologies and investment assumptions.
• Evaluate valuations and financial analyses to identify risks inconsistencies and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial and valuation aspects of real estate projects mentoring colleagues and sharing insights.
• Participate in targeted Solution Center initiatives where financial expertise is crucial.

To succeed in this role you combine strong financial and analytical skills with curiosity and critical thinking. You understand how real estate investment calculations work and can quickly spot anomalies suggest improvements and communicate insights clearly.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Real Estate Asset Management Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in real estate valuations asset management or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; able to quickly navigate and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; precision in documentation is a must.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Analytical proactive and curious someone who enjoys thinking critically about investment assumptions and financial models.
