The Team.

The Global Communications Team (GCT) part of the Global Consumer Engagement team is responsible for developingconsumer-facing communication strategies for both Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans. TheGCTsVisionis to:

  • Consistently drive brand desirability and relevance.

  • Build consumer love desire and trust for our products.

  • Amplify the impact of all brand initiatives and projects through global press.

  • Engage with the target audience across all communication touchpoints.

Way of Working

The GCT team is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders including global and regional teams and key business partners. They will work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure all communications strategies are effectively implemented on a regional/local level while delivering a consistent brand message and elevating the brands exposure. By leveraging each others expertise and creativity the team members work together to develop and execute integrated communication and product seeding strategies that move the needle with audiences around the world.

The Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA is at the heart of this team the signature red white and blue iconic lifestyle meets innovative storytelling across the GCT. The team delivers on every initiative with the single Shared Objective to win at consumer engagement through every touch point message and decision.

The Position

The Specialist Internal & Executive Communications TH Global is a hands-on operations-enabling role within the GCT. You lead internal and executive communications while enabling smooth team operations and market alignment. You own our corporate LinkedIn presence coordinate internal comms calendars prepare strategic materials and partner with markets to ensure communications and assets stay true to the brand DNA across Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans.

In this role you will support executive and internal communications projects work on tailored newsletters and video series provide research and messaging support for leadership and enable cross-functional delivery with Global Communications Operations.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

LinkedIn & Corporate Channels:

  • Manage and optimize the companys LinkedIn presence to enhance corporate visibility; collaborate with Community Management for timely professional engagement.

  • Stay current with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement; recommend tests and optimizations.

Internal Communications:

  • Own the internal communications calendar to drive timely coordinated global messaging.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders external partners and copywriters to draft and deliver high-impact on-brand internal copy; Insider intranet posts organizational announcements and leadership messages.

  • Support creation of internal communications around brand initiatives and events (e.g. fashion shows) and local/regional activations alongside Global Communications Operations.

Executive & Issues Communications:

  • Prepare summaries scripts bios and presentations for senior leaders incl. Mr. Tommy Hilfiger.

  • Provide fast-paced crisis support: monitor issues compile detailed reports and draft statements.

  • Work closely with parent company PVH Corp. on corporate and internal communication topics to ensure alignment.

Global Ops Reporting & Tooling:

  • Daily point-of-contact for hubs/regions on asset requests and delivery. Update and maintain the Brand Portal; support updates to .
  • Oversee effective use of key internal channels; PVH Insider Tommy All Access Vimeo to ensure consistency and clarity.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Professional degree in a related field with minimum 34 years of relevant experience.

  • Collaborative hands-on and solution-oriented; comfortable operating in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with rigorous attention to detail and quality.

  • Strong stakeholder management; able to translate strategy into clear market-ready materials.
