Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll management and execution including 3rd party payroll vendor in delivery flawless payroll operations
Serve as key expert user in maintaining HRIS system managing data analysis and report serve as key user in global workday China implementation
Be able define and implement appropriate policy and process to ensure company in compliance with law and regulations in HR field
Responsible for overall HR operations support for Taiwan region
Responsible for employee contract management and employee career life cycle procedure and executions
Participate in HR projects as assigned according to company needs and individual development plan
Role Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above; at least 8 years of relevant experience in HR field
High professional in at least two modules in regards total rewarding employee relations performance management talent development talent acquisition
High integrity passionate and open to change
Effective communication skills under matrix and cross culture environment capable in managing priorities under multiple tasks
Key user of HRIS/payroll system (Workday Cityray etc.) is a must
Professional knowledge with HR related law and regulations
Good oral and written English in global communication
Good data analysis and digital data management mindset is a plus
