The Opportunity
Join the School of Biomedical Engineering within the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW as a Professor of Practice Regulatory Affairs. In this role you will play a pivotal part in bridging academic scholarship with real-world experience drawing on deep insights from a successful career in industry government or the broader community to enrich teaching and education. You will lead regulatory education within the School including the coordination and delivery of BIOM9410 Regulatory Requirements of Biomedical addition to teaching you will support researchers in developing robust regulatory strategies and contribute to UNSWs lifelong learning initiatives in regulatory science.
With its emphasis on integrating practical expertise into academic learning this part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience to contribute to education and share their regulatory knowledge with the next generation of biomedical engineers. It provides a meaningful platform to influence future leaders at the intersection of education innovation and industry engagement.

This role reports to the Deputy Head (Academic) and has no direct reports.
