YOUR NEW ROLE
Are you passionate about creativity education and bringing unforgettable experiences to life The Sydney Opera House is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Creative LearningAssociateProducer to join our Children Families & Creative Learning (CFCL) team.
In this exciting role youll be producing and delivering inspiring creative learning programs including our flagship built environment series SOH BUILD hands-on school workshops and engaging lifelong learning programs.
Youll manage project planning budgets artist and facilitator liaison contracting scheduling and collaborate closely with our incredible production and events teams as well as key stakeholders across the Sydney Opera House. This role is fast-paced creative and deeply rewarding perfect for someone who thrives on making ideas happen.

ARE YOU THE ONE
Key Responsibilities/skills:
Lead the end to end planning development implementation monitoring and reporting of program projects ensuring alignment with organisational goals and outcomes.
Develop manage and monitor program budgets including preparing producer briefs for estimates forecasting reconciliation and financial reporting.
Manage and refine program schedules bookings and operational logistics in collaboration with the Venue Manager Production and Events teams and program partners.
Prepare and review project business cases funding reports and evaluation data to support decision making and continuous improvement.
Lead the contracting process for facilitators and liaise with facilitators partners and stakeholders to ensure safe efficient and high-quality program delivery.
Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure cost effectiveness risk management and scheduling efficiency across the organisation.
