Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development implementation update and follow through of Universal Orlando Talent Development operations training program content and materials including but not limited to eLearnings videos presentations and support documentation. Utilizes working knowledge of design to ensure alignment to brand and intellectual property standard.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the design of training and support materials. Ensures materials and presentations are current and relevant. Ensures materials are aligned to brand and intellectual property standard.
  • Works with Talent Development subject matter experts to understand client training and delivery needs. Develops requested training concept outlines and works closely with stakeholders to design with intent and purpose (to achieve desired business outcome/objective.
  • Maintains design intake process and follows proper process and procedure for determining project scope and viability. Reviews content for consistency and duplication across lines of business and makes appropriate content recommendations based on these reviews including recommendations for delivery method and design approach.
  • Maintains working knowledge of existing and emerging learning and design media (Adobe Creative & Articulate Suite) to create archive and manage the delivery of training content across all media types (audio photo video print presentation mixed reality etc.).
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate degree (AA) is required.
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field is preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years design work required.
  • Training and development experience is preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
