Job Summary

The Role

Were seeking a high-autonomy enterprise seller to serve as a foundational hire for Sales Development & Inside this role youll: (1) drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation (2) run consultative discovery and multi-threaded deal cycles and (3) codify what works into a scalable repeatable motion that supports both short-cycle wins and longer enterprise evaluations.

What you own

  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls email and LinkedIn

  • Build and manage your own enterprise pipeline across target accounts

  • Deliver compelling value props for Neurons Oracle Fusion Cloud AMS services
  • Run structured discovery and qualification using MEDDICC / MEDDPICC

  • Partner with Oracle and Systems Integrators (SIs) to accelerate co-sell opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing presales and delivery for a smooth customer experience

  • Track KPIs (calls meetings SQLs pipeline progression) and maintain forecast accuracy

  • Help build Neurons LinkedIn presence/personal brand to generate inbound traction

The skills you bring to the table

  • 5 years enterprise technology or services sales experience

  • Must have a track record in enterprise SDR/inside sales in consulting/services orgs (e.g. Deloitte Accenture KPMG PwC IBM)
  • 1 year in AMS / managed services (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)

  • Must have familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise SaaS ERP/AMS buying cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM outbound automation tools and virtual sales platforms
  • Demonstrated use of MEDDICC / MEDDPICC

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Compensation Range
Base salary range is between $100000-$130000 with 50/50 variable compensation structure and uncapped commissions.

Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience location and demonstrated skills. We consider factors such as years of relevant experience past impact in operational or startup roles and technical or analytical expertise when determining salary.
