Job Summary
SERVPRO of South Frisco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Content Technician to assist with contents restoration on residential and commercial loss sites. This role involves packing cleaning transporting storing and returning customer belongings while providing excellent customer service during stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities
Contents Handling & Restoration
- Pack label and inventory customer belongings during contents pack-outs
- Safely move transport and store contents at SERVPRO facilities
- Clean deodorize and restore contents using approved methods and equipment
- Perform pack-backs and return contents to customers in an organized manner
- Handle customer belongings with care and respect at all times
Documentation
- Take photos and maintain accurate inventory records
- Use SERVPRO-approved mobile apps and documentation systems
- Follow instructions from Content Supervisor and Production Manager
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
- Answer basic questions regarding the contents restoration process
- Maintain a positive SERVPRO brand image on every job site
Safety & Equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE
- Load and unload contents safely and correctly
- Assist in maintaining vehicles equipment and contents storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in contents restoration moving cleaning or warehouse work is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift carry and move items up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred
- Basic smartphone and app usage skills
