Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Alexandria Egypt for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern at Softxpert. As an intern you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing screening resumes coordinating interviews and assisting with employer branding efforts such as creating job postings and managing social media channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in employer branding
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
