Job Summary

Are you passionate about HR and looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic supportive environment Were looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resources while working in a flexible hybrid setup.

What Youll Do
As an HR Operations Intern you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations including:

Assisting with HR documentation data entry and employee records management
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
Helping coordinate employee engagement activities
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information
Contributing to process improvement and HR projects
Assisting in Social Ins. activities .... etc
Providing general administrative support to the HR department

What Were Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Eagerness to learn contribute and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commit to a hybrid internship schedule (in-office remote)
