Job Summary
This is a remote position.
QuickfirmX is expanding and were currently looking for Germanspeaking Freelancer Team Leaders to support and manage our growing recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve daily and weekly targets
Provide training guidance and ongoing support to team members
Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company goals
Collaborate with the support team to solve challenges quickly
Conduct regular checkins to maintain productivity and engagement
Share updates and feedback to drive performance
Requirements:
Fluency in German and good command of English
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or recruitment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and commit at least 2 hours per day
Selfdriven and able to manage teams remotely
Compensation:
This is a commissionbased role with no fixed salary but offers a high earning potential based on team performance and results.
