Job Summary
This is a remote position.
QuickfirmX is currently expanding and we are looking for committed and driven Freelancer Team Leaders to manage and support our growing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily and weekly targets
Provide training guidance and continuous support to team members
Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company goals
Coordinate with the support team to resolve challenges promptly
Conduct regular checkins to ensure productivity and motivation
Share updates deliver feedback and drive consistent performance
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or recruitment
Strong communication leadership and followup skills
Able to commit at least 2 hours per day to manage and guide the team
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Compensation:
This is a commissionbased role with no fixed salary. However the commission structure is highly competitive and offers strong earning potential based on your team s performance and results.
