The project and the team

As a Recruiter you will join the team dedicated to finding the best people to join us. The team works closely with all departments to provide well-suited candidates no matter if it is Senior Network Engineer or Business Development Manager position.

We seek new candidates from around the world with a particular emphasis on Poland Egypt Turkey and Brazil. Our expertise in attracting evaluating and securing global talent ensures that the organization not only meets its immediate staffing needs but also builds a strong foundation for growth.

Your role

Comprehensive recruitment in the IT field (sourcing coordinating the process conducting interviews negotiating offers)
Representing the company on the labor market and building positive relationships with candidates
Documenting and reporting activities maintaining a database of candidates
Ensuring a high quality candidate experience
Preparing recommendations for managers
Close cooperation and consulting with managers in the field of recruitment
Analyzing the IT market and proposing new recruitment solutions
Sharing ideas and supporting Employer Branding activities

Do we have a match

As a Recruiter you must meet the following criteria:

At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Knowledge of modern tools and unconventional techniques for candidate sourcing
Proficiency in using Social Media for everyday work
Knowledge of the labor market (IT sector)
Highly developed communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2/C1 level)
Independence taking initiative and sharing ideas
Experience in conducting recruitment processes for the any following positions: C C Go DevOps QA Python Frontend Network Data Science

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Google Workspace package
Experience in global recruitment
Experience in conducting recruitment processes for back-office
