Within IT GDC division our Analytics Insights and Reporting Tribe supports the needs for advanced analytics and reporting from all the entities of the Euroclear Group. The team helps to transform data into insights and reports using techniques such as descriptive analysis text mining machine learning process mining network analytics predictive modelling AI etc.

• Scope of the tribe can be summarized as follows:
  • Operating and managing the evolution of the Data & Analytics Platform (DAP) consisting out of a DataLake the Group Data Warehouse and a new off-premise Operational Data Store aligned with new market evolutions.
  • Key player in the AI CoE.
  • Centre of Expertise for BI & Reporting.
  • Provide project support and expertise to various business lines.

• You will be part of the tribe and be a product owner (PO) for Data Delivery Squad
  • As a Product Owner You will have a central role in defining product delivery and will manage relationships with a range of internal stakeholders (business andIT). You will have the opportunity to work with an agile methodology. You will be facing internal clients when relevant. We will help you develop further business knowledge and further maturity/ experience in the definition of solutions and soft skills (out of the box thinking work in dynamic teams transversal overview agile way of working).

The Product owner is the bridge between the business stakeholders and IT to understand define and prioritise business requirements in line with the defined business vision and strategy. As PO you define the demand aspect of initiatives which entails:

• understanding the clients needs
• in collaboration with the Architects defining the most optimal scope and solution to deliver projects focusing on the true clients demand
• creating and maintaining the product backlog documenting and prioritising requirements and ensuring alignment and understanding by the different business stakeholders of the scope evolution and solution
• Supporting the scrum team during the development and refinement sessions
• Plans monitors and manages internal projects for initiation and scope
• Ensures project results meet requirements regarding solutions schedule cost and expected Business value
• Develops effective relationships with business units divisions or groups of users
• Ensures required services are identified developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division
• Actively contributes to the Customer Digital Experience strategy execution
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on product enhancements

Profile:

• Strong backlog leadership in Azure DevOps (TFS) - You use Azure DevOps (TFS) to keep the Product Backlog clear structured and continuously refined shaping PBIs supporting feature breakdown prioritising effectively and ensuring the squad always understands what needs to be delivered.

• ServiceNow Resource Plan (PMRM) expertise - You are comfortable navigating the full resourceplanning lifecycle: confirming and allocating plans tracking actuals versus Estimates To Complete and maintaining high data quality throughout. Your discipline in keeping plans current helps teams deliver reliably and supports informed decisionmaking.

• Understanding of modern Data Platform ecosystems - You bring a conceptual grasp of Data Lake Databricks Azure services and Power BI including how semantic models and Goldlayer views support analytics. This enables you to collaborate smoothly with data teams shape discovery work and guide prioritization throughout the product lifecycle.

• Experience working in regulated or highcontrols environments (nice-to-have) - You are used to delivering products where compliance auditability and policy adherence matter ensuring requirements documentation and decisions meet the standards expected in controlled environments.

Additionally:

• Severalyears of experience in a similar role and/or as Product Manager ideally in the banking and/or financial services sector with a focus on client communication and interaction channels.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
