Job Summary
HR Business Partner
What youll do:
HRBPs provide expertise in areas such as employee relations talent management performance management organizational development and workforce planning. They serve as a bridge between management and employees handling HR issues ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work culture. Communication problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
What is required:
*Bachelors degree in human resources Business or Organization Development or equivalent. *Proved 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions. *Full professional proficiency in English. *Extended knowledge of employment laws and practices.
