Core Responsibilities

As the ERP & PELMBusinessDeployment Lead you willmanagethe deployment lifecycle locally coveringtest training cutover planningcommunicationschange managementandrelease coordination.

The role covers:

Take responsibility forlocalchange management related activities securing affected employees are informed and trained and the transformation is well received locally

Mobiliselocal leadership teams and partners to drive a successful transformationof current activities andfuture leapsto come and follow uptoalign onlonger term ambitions andsecurevalue realization

Establish localbusinessdeployment plan in collaborate with thecentraldeploymentcutoverteamandhypercareplanning

Ensure clear and consistent communication withlocalpartners to keep them informed and engaged in key decisions and planning

Assess andmonitorthe business readiness including user training role mapping data validationprocess adoptionand identification and definition of new rolesin receivingorganisations

Ensure deployment strategy adheres to the legalregulatoryand operational requirements.

Control critical metrics and user feedback during hyper care to ensure system adoption and stability

Deliverables:

The role will support both thefirst milestones onERPSAP 4/HANAand PELMtransformationsin 2027aswell as future leaps.Globally we are looking fordifferentprofileswithexperience withinFinanceand E2E flowof goodsandalsocapabilities withinProductdevelopment BOM workflowsand PELM.

Do youhavewhat it takes

Proven experience in orchestrating change programs experience in transforming E2E business processes

Project manager profile driving structure understand challenges followupand secure progress on resolutions and effective reporting on project status

Strong understanding ofproduct creation product development and theflow of money and flow of goods in large companies

Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills

Comfortable dealing with the ambiguity in a transformation and engage as trusted partner and advisor towards business interested parties

Team player with ability to work in a team with centralprogrammestreams providing the global steer and work independently on driving own local deliverables

Experience from a similar role withresponsibility forproduct development/PLM/finance/ERP transformationdemonstratingthe ability to drive end-to-end responsibility for deliverables
