Role and Responsibilities
Were looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Strategist to take full ownership of our outbound sales this role youll be responsible for identifying new lead sources launching targeted outreach campaigns and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers. Youll own the top of our sales funnel and lead sales conversations taking discovery calls with potential clients and helping move opportunities forward.
Beyond outreach youll help keep our sales operations running smoothlyfrom maintaining clean CRM data to coordinating calendars and supporting key sales initiatives. This is a hands-on role with real impact ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a mission-driven team.
You will:
- Research and evaluate new platforms tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns via calls email and LinkedIn
- Engage with warm and cold leads to book and lead discovery calls
- Conduct sales calls with prospective clients identifying pain points and presenting solutions
- Keep our CRM organized updated and optimized for tracking performance
- Manage the sales calendar and coordinate with recruiters and leadership on key meetings
- Support sales operations with admin tasks such as slide preparation inbox management and follow-up documentation
Who You Are
Youre an experienced sales support or lead generation professional who knows the recruiting or staffing world and how fast things move. Youre persuasive on the phone tech-savvy with campaign tools and thrive on keeping systems running clean and tight.
- 3 years in sales support outreach or appointment setting ideally in staffing or recruiting
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot GoHighLevel etc.) and outreach platforms (Apollo Lemlist etc.)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills especially over the phone
- Extremely organized self-driven and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Minimum C1-level English fluency youll be on the phone with North American clients and prospects
