Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead a portfolio of products and drive delivery excellence across a multidisciplinary team. This person will oversee a team of Product Managers Product Owners and Developers (Database Web and Application Developers) to ensure products meet organizational objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced proactive leader with a strong background in financial systems and a demonstrated ability to operate within structured enterprise-level IT environments. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight hands-on execution and the ability to foster accountability and high performance within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of a portfolio of products from concept through delivery and maintenance.
Lead mentor and develop a team of Product Managers Product Owners and Developers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product vision strategy and roadmaps.
Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features in alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and maintain processes that promote structure accountability and measurable outcomes.
Manage product budgets timelines and resource allocation.
Partner with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration balancing technical and business priorities.
Communicate clearly and diplomatically within a public-sector environment navigating political and organizational dynamics effectively.

Preferred Background

8 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years leading teams.
Strong understanding of financial systems reporting tools and enterprise-level integrations.
Proven experience driving structure performance and accountability within technical teams.
Demonstrated success managing products or projects in public sector or government settings.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to take initiative and work independently with limited direction.
Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise IT best practices.
