Job Summary

Our client is on the lookout for a Data Capturers with GAAP software experience

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities:

Following up orders with suppliers.
Receiving stock from suppliers and being a custodian of such stock at contract site (where there is no storeman).
Issuing stock for use in the canteen at contract site (where there is no storeman).
Conveying suppliers invoices to the Accounts department personnel at H/O responsible for the contract site in question.
Conducting daily costings for stock usage in the canteen at contract site.
Taking part in the physical stock takes at regular intervals and during month-end.
Any other duties as prescribed by the site manager the finance manager and the bookkeeper.

Key Skills:

At least 2 years work experience and having knowledge in stock control procedures.

Qualifications:

Accounting qualification.
Very proficient in Excel
Having knowledge of Pastel Evolution and GAAP accounting packages will be an added advantage
