About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to join our team supporting an ongoing Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade to version 12.2. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and functional teams playing a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that business processes within Finance and Accounting are fully supported and optimized throughout the upgrade.
This role calls for a strong communicator who can effectively engage stakeholders translate business needs into system requirements and ensure the delivered solution aligns with operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Lead and coordinate UAT activities - including test planning script development execution and issue tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Oracle functional and technical teams to validate solutions against requirements.
- Communicate findings risks and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner.
- Support ongoing enhancements troubleshooting and process optimization as part of the upgrade initiative.
Required Qualifications - Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Modules - including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
- Demonstrated success in leading or managing UAT efforts within ERP or Oracle-related projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex details to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting or executing an Oracle EBS upgrade to version 12.2.
- Experience working in a hybrid team environment and collaborating across multiple departments.
