About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to join our team supporting an ongoing Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade to version 12.2. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and functional teams playing a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that business processes within Finance and Accounting are fully supported and optimized throughout the upgrade.

This role calls for a strong communicator who can effectively engage stakeholders translate business needs into system requirements and ensure the delivered solution aligns with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Lead and coordinate UAT activities - including test planning script development execution and issue tracking.
Collaborate closely with Oracle functional and technical teams to validate solutions against requirements.
Communicate findings risks and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner.
Support ongoing enhancements troubleshooting and process optimization as part of the upgrade initiative.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Modules - including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA).
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
Demonstrated success in leading or managing UAT efforts within ERP or Oracle-related projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex details to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting or executing an Oracle EBS upgrade to version 12.2.
Experience working in a hybrid team environment and collaborating across multiple departments.
