Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and business processes to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or software to support business operations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis business intelligence or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar position.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL Tableau or other data analysis tools.
- Project management skills and experience working on cross-functional teams.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $65000 to $90000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
