This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
As part of our Concierge organization this role will be a foundational member tasked with building out testing and executing on a new service model . You will be paramount in redefining the experience of investors with $1M in assets. Our goal is to deliver white-glove financial care offering support initially for tax services and estate planning provided by a third-party augmented with your
expertise to guide them through the process. As a Concierge Solutions Manager you will serve as a trusted partner for the clients most sophisticated clients. This is a relationship management and process excellence role not a sales position. You will guide clients through a highly personalized experience helping them navigate financial complexity through education discussions and curated solutions all without offering investment advice or managing assets directly. Youll act as a connector educator and strategic thought partner ensuring every interaction reflects the care and caliber these clients deserve. You will play a pivotal role in developing processes
policies and pathways to a brighter financial future for our customers.
What Youll Do
Relationship Management
Explore what it means to serve as the point of contact for tax services estate planning help and beyond.
Lead comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client objectives concerns and values across wealth family and legacy.
Unlocking the Future
Leveraging program management skills to drive the future of providing broad financial planning services across retirement tax optimization estate structuring education planning risk management.
Develop new ways to educate clients on applicable financial strategies while maintaining neutrality and not providing advice during investment-related discussions.
Collaborate with tax legal and estate professionals as needed either within Robinhood or alongside the clients personal team.
Extreme Hospitality & Experience Stewardship
Serve as a concierge across all Robinhood services from account operations to bespoke requests.
Deliver a seamless highly responsive and human-centered experience.
Anticipate client needs and ensure all touchpoints feel tailored proactive and aligned to a family office style experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Partner with internal specialists operations and compliance teams to ensure timely accurate and compliant execution of client needs.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards including Reg BI by avoiding investment advice or solicitation of transactions.
Document client interactions in accordance with internal policies and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in developing policies supervision and oversight for this new role.
What You Bring
CFP certification (active and in good standing) - required
Minimum of 4 years in high-touch client relationship roles (preferably working with UHNW individuals or family offices)
FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66
Strong planning background across estate tax charitable and retirement domains
High emotional intelligence and comfort working with sophisticated affluent clients
Deep understanding of financial markets wealth complexity and intergenerational considerations
Proven ability to manage a high-autonomy role and prioritize across competing client needs
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage tools for personalization and scale
Experience within a multi-family office private bank RIA or trust company
Familiarity with Robinhoods product suite including brokerage Gold Futures and Crypto offerings
Experience working in start-up or innovation-forward environments within financial services
Experience with policy creation and operation strategy a bonus
Workplace Expectations
This is an in-office role in one of our Denver Chicago and Westlake office locations with virtual client engagement as the primary model. Occasional in-person meetings or travel may be required.
