What Youll Do

Greet and triage customers; capture accurate concerns and write clean ROs

Estimate and advise on timelines costs warranty coverage and maintenance options
-
Communicate status updates approvals and ETAs; schedule drop-offs/pickups
-
Partner with techs and parts to hit promise times and first-time-fix goals
-
Upsell value (maintenance and repairs) that protect vehicles and boost CSI
-
Handle cashiering and documentation correctly-every time
What You Bring
-
Proven customer-service skills and clear communication (phone and in-person)
-
Working knowledge of automotive systems/diagnostics; dealership experience a plus
-
DMS/industry software proficiency (Nissan/Dealertrack/CDK/Tekion a plus)
-
Organized decisive problem-solver who thrives in a fast lane
