Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk/Data Quality Analyst to support the accuracy and timeliness of immunization information systems. This role involves validating healthcare data and transforming it into actionable insights utilizing strong T-SQL skills to manage large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data quality assessments on immunization records ensuring validation and standardization.
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries for analyzing and cleaning large healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and public health partners to resolve data submission errors.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track provider compliance and system accuracy.
- Investigate data anomalies and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL (5 years)
- Experience with large relational databases (SQL Server preferred) (5 years)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (5 years)
- Familiarity with immunization registries and HL7 messaging (highly desired)
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau (highly desired)
