Executive Summary
The ADO Enablement Lead will be responsible for the technical rollout configuration and integration of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Apptio Targetprocess (ATP) across DTS delivery teams.
This role ensures that the tooling infrastructure supports DOMEs portfolio visibility governance and reporting needs.
The lead will work cross-functionally to establish scalable workflows dashboards and integrations that reflect the organizations hybrid delivery models.

The role will also support training and onboarding ensuring that teams can use ADO/ATP effectively regardless of their delivery style.

Lead integration efforts between ADO ATP Clarity and other enterprise tools.
Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
Provide hands-on support for team onboarding and migration.
Develop enablement materials and training guides.
Monitor adoption and usage metrics to inform continuous improvement.
