Job Summary

Position: Quality Manager Automotive Manufacturing

Location: Berlin Eastern Cape

Our client a leading automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead their Quality Department. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO OEM and customer standards drive continuous improvement and oversee a high-performing team to deliver exceptional product quality. This role is ideal for someone with extensive automotive experience strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence in manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

B-Tech in Quality Management or equivalent
5 years as a Quality Department Manager in automotive manufacturing
10 years in the automotive industry (German car-building experience preferred)
Knowledge of ISO IATF Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and core quality tools
Experience with press tools or assembly processes
Understanding of automotive quality aspects (geometry surface quality structural integrity)

Key Skills:

Leadership quality management root cause analysis continuous improvement auditing customer focus collaboration Six Sigma data analysis (Power BI/SAP R3) adaptability
