Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible within the clients business hours following the Eastern Time Zone
Client location or time zone: New York USA - EDT

Role Overview:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help manage our customer relationship workflow. The ideal candidate is highly organized responsive and experienced in using CRM tools and handling professional email communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize email inboxes (respond flag archive etc.)
  • Update and maintain CRM (e.g. HubSpot Zoho or similar) with leads and contact activity
  • Schedule meetings follow-ups and reminders
  • Prepare basic reports or summaries (e.g. lead reports engagement logs)
  • Perform light research and administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot Zoho or equivalent)
  • Strong written English and professional email etiquette
  • Attention to detail confidentiality and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and task management tools (e.g. Trello Notion Asana)
